For an exchange:
Exchanges are free in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.
You have 15 days to decide.
To request an exchange, on the portal below: go to your order, choose the item concerned, click on "Return" next to it and choose the reason for the exchange.
You will need to specify the reason and what you wish to obtain in return.
For a refund:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
