Products purchased during the SALES are non-refundable. Exchanges are permitted while supplies last, and you will be asked to make a payment adjustment when necessary. Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
To request an exchange:
Exchanges are free in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.
You have 15 days to decide.
To request an exchange, go to the portal below: Go to your order, select the item in question, click “Return” next to it, and choose “Exchange” as the reason.
You’ll need to specify the reason and what you’d like to receive in exchange.
For a refund:
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
