Reminder during the Summer Sale:
The Summer Sale runs from June 24 at 8:00 a.m. (Paris time) to July 21, 2026, at midnight.
Products purchased during the Sale are non-refundable. Exchanges are permitted while supplies last, and you will be asked to make a payment adjustment when necessary. Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are free in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.
You have 15 days to decide.

Upon receipt of the package and after verifying its contents, we will send you the replacement product to the specified shipping address.
If the exchanged product is more expensive, we will send you an email requesting additional payment.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags still attached.
International Returns:
Please declare your return package as a “sample” and indicate a value of [amount] 5 €.

Exercising the right of withdrawal with a refund:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fifteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the last item.
Due to rising shipping costs, we do not refund the shipping fees originally paid when you placed your order. Thank you for your understanding.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Through our platform, the rate is for 12 € mainland France. For international shipments, costs vary depending on the destination and the package’s weight (e.g., for 20 € a pair of shoes shipped to Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, or Italy).

This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the item before the fourteen-day period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the shipping costs paid at the time of the order (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any charges for you.
We may delay the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of shipment of the item, whichever occurs first.
You are liable only for any depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: -

- contracts for the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- contracts for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the seller’s control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;
