Caution for Certain Models
Many of our models include metal details, exterior zips, etc. Warning! The decorations are fragile.
Decorative zips (often on the exterior side) should not be touched, as this risks damaging the shoe. To identify them, simply look at the lining. If the lining can be opened, then the zip is designed to be used. If the zip is secured by stitching and the lining has no opening, then it is a purely decorative element intended solely for aesthetic appeal.
Les détails en métal, les fleurs en relief, les bijoux etc. sont fixés avec de la colle, des points de couture, et tout ce qui peut les rendre plus solides. Malgré tout, il est possible de les abimer. La cause principale est l'agrippement de la fleur/bijou/décors sur les brides velcro. Pour éviter ce désagrément, nous vous conseillons de tirer sur la languette du cuir et pas le décors fixé dessus. Cette petite précaution peut faire durer votre chaussure bien plus longtemps!
Chaussures & sacs en cuir naturel
Pour tous les produits en cuir naturel, qu'ils soient dotés de textures ou non, nous vous invitons à utiliser une crème pour cuir incolore et de frotter avec délicatesse à l'aide d'un chiffon doux. Si vous désirez utiliser un cirage couleur, c'est possible mais vous prenez le risque d'abîmer les finitions irrégulières réalisées à la main.
Avec le temps, un patinage fera son apparition. Ce patinage et perte de couleur en conséquence est tout à fait normal, preuve de l'usure choyée de la chaussure et gage de l'authenticité du cuir.
Chaussures & sacs à plusieurs matières
Ces produits sont assez délicats à entretenir. Le plus simple est d'utiliser un chiffon pour dépoussiérer et une crème incolore sans alcool. Il est possible de mettre un peu d'eau, mais pas en grande quantité.
Chaussures & sacs en textile
Ces matières peuvent être facilement entretenues à l'aide de shampoings pour textiles qu'on trouve dans le commerce. Nous conseillons les produits des gammes Collonil, Saphir et autres marques de qualité équivalente.
