Caution on certain models

Many of our models include metal details, external zippers, etc. Caution! The decorations are fragile.

Decorative zippers (often on the outside) should not be touched, as this could damage the shoe. To identify them, simply look at the lining. If the lining can be opened, then the zipper is designed for use. If the zipper is attached with stitching and the lining has no opening, then it is purely decorative and intended only for aesthetic purposes.

The metal details, embossed flowers, embellishments, etc., are attached with glue, stitching, and anything else that can make them more durable. Even so, they can still be damaged. The main cause is the flower/embellishment/decorations catching on the Velcro straps. To avoid this, we advise you to pull on the leather tab and not the embellishment attached to it. This small precaution can make your shoes last much longer!

Shoes & natural leather bags

For all natural leather products, whether textured or not, we recommend using a colorless leather cream and gently rubbing it in with a soft cloth. If you wish to use colored polish, this is possible, but you risk damaging the irregular hand-finished details.

Over time, a patina will appear. This patina and the resulting loss of color are perfectly normal, proof of the shoe's careful wear and tear and a guarantee of the leather's authenticity.

Shoes & multi-material bags

These products are quite delicate to maintain. The easiest way is to use a cloth to dust them and a colorless, alcohol-free cream. A little water can be added, but not in large quantities.

Shoes & textile bags

These materials can be easily cared for using commercially available textile shampoos. We recommend products from the Collonil, Saphir, and other brands of equivalent quality.
