Caution for Certain Models

Many of our models include metal details, exterior zips, etc. Warning! The decorations are fragile.

Decorative zips (often on the exterior side) should not be touched, as this risks damaging the shoe. To identify them, simply look at the lining. If the lining can be opened, then the zip is designed to be used. If the zip is secured by stitching and the lining has no opening, then it is a purely decorative element intended solely for aesthetic appeal.

Metal details, embossed flowers, jewelry, etc., are secured with glue, stitching, and anything that can make them stronger. Nevertheless, it is possible to damage them. The main cause is the flower/jewelry/decorations getting caught on Velcro straps. To avoid this inconvenience, we advise you to pull on the leather tab and not the decoration attached to it. This small precaution can make your shoe last much longer!

Shoes & Bags in Natural Leather

For all natural leather products, whether textured or not, we recommend using a colorless leather cream and rubbing gently with a soft cloth. If you wish to use a colored shoe polish, this is possible, but you run the risk of damaging irregular hand-made finishes.

Over time, a patina will appear. This patina and consequent loss of color is completely normal, evidence of the shoe's cherished wear and a guarantee of the leather's authenticity.

Multi-Material Shoes & Bags

These products are quite delicate to maintain. The simplest way is to use a cloth for dusting and a colorless, alcohol-free cream. It is possible to use a little water, but not in large quantities.

Textile Shoes & Bags

These materials can be easily maintained using textile shampoos found in stores. We recommend products from the Collonil, Saphir ranges, and other equivalent quality brands.
