Do you offer after-sales service for your products?

An after-sales service is offered on a case-by-case basis for all orders less than 6 months old.

Products and availability

Will a sold-out item be restocked?

Older collections are generally no longer replenished. 

New" items have a better chance of being restocked, but please send your request with the item reference (name, color, size...) by e-mail to obtain more details about the restocking.

How do I check the availability of an item?

The availability of each item is indicated on its product page or sheet.

Ordering and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro), Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, SOFORT, GIROPAY, Przelewy24 and Paypal.

Do you offer payment in instalments?

We offer 4x free payment with our partner Paypal for purchases between 30€ and 2000€.

All you need to do is open a Paypal account and choose the Paypal payment method when you finalize your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they have been dispatched.

How long does it take to return a product?

For a purchase made on our website https://www.lauravita.comyou have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

For orders placed elsewhere than on our official website, we are unable to provide after-sales service. Please contact your dealer directly.

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for the return and your location.

If it is for an exchange or a credit note, the return costs are at our charge. 

If you wish to receive a refund, you must pay the return shipping costs.

Loyalty programs and special offers

Do you offer a loyalty program for your customers?

We have a loyalty program: 1 point for every purchase of €1 excluding shipping, VAT and discounts.

With 100 points, you get a €2 discount.

You can also earn points by writing a product review, with shares on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

How do I use a promotional code?

When paying for your order, insert the promo code in the "promo code or discount code" form.

Can promotional offers be combined?
